Blogging – Before Your Hit The Delete Button On Your Blog

One of the most popular ways to tell people about your life is by keeping a weblog, or blogging. Blogging can involve journal-like entries about your life, a subject you know about, photos or a combination of all three. Read on to learn some good ways to keep your blog engaging to readers and perhaps, even make yourself a little money.

To stop a controversial conversation. Sometimes your post may end up controversial not because of the content itself but simply because of the comments it generated. For example, your blog post could launch an unpredictable debate on issues such as political upheavals, economic crisis, religious turmoil, or anything that’s actually out of the context of your entire post. With this, your blog post becomes a place for all the nasty and hate-filled comments as well as personal attacks because of the debates it unintentionally generated. To end this problem, it’s best to close blog comments and leave an explanation as to why you need to turn off comments. But you should refer to the Discover new content comment policy so that commenters will know what types of comments are totally acceptable for all your future posts.

You can literally blog about anything and everything you can imagine. Cooking, weight loss, being a stay at home mom, marketing, celebrity gossip, photography, and business are just a few examples but the possibilities are truly endless.

Fresh Content – Let’s face it, there is not one person that wants to visit a boring blog that is never updated. You want to be sure to post new content to it daily or at least twice a week. The best way to get this done is to simply write a bunch of posts at once so that you already have them. Then just update your blog with the new content daily or two times online blogs a week.

Unfortunately, I could never make that plan a reality. If you are able to make a lot of money from a single blog, I applaud you. However, for most people, it seems to me that is unlikely that they will ever reach their goal. Instead I recommend that you do the opposite.

You may get sick of writing articles and blogging and marketing your websites, but you will have to continuously stick to it if you truly want to make a living from home. Whether you are selling your own product or service, or marketing your sales page for an affiliate product or service, all of these methods will work for you.

Making money online with blogs is possible. Consider your blog as another avenue for making money online with little or no cost. Write about what you love, market your blog, and see if the money will follow.
