2010 Camaro Magnaflow Exhaust

When you’re looking for a high flow cat, you must go for a reputable manufacturer. It is possible to find very low priced converters. But going with the right product ensures the safety of your vehicle. The high flow cat actually helps the airflow on the exhaust of the vehicle. This means with the use of a catalytic converter the right environment is created for the chemical reaction.

The magic all happens in the catalytic converter price guidelines. Well, for the most part. The converter is different than a gasoline version because diesel does not burn as much. The remnant of the combustion explosion is filled with particles, unburned diesel and other particulates. The diesel oxide catalytic converter cleans these like a normal converter. The device, however, also has a particulate filter. The filter catches unburned particulates. Superheated gasses are then passed through the filter and the particulates are incinerated. Between these two approaches, most pollutants are taken car of. Some car companies go further.

CONSUMPTION RATE – The gasoline consumption rate for every mass-produced car has been carefully ‘designed in’ as a market asset. As an indication, simply observe how quickly and closely ALL the local different gas stations adjust their prices. Even the hybrid cars which use electric motors still consume a designed amount of gasoline, and their price tags are prohibitively high.

There are some people, which believe that you should find salvage cars for sale, and after purchasing them, go straight to the scrap yard, or recycling center. I disagree! If you want to learn how to buy and sell junk cars for profit, you had better not believe that either.

So the air pump is not accomplishing it’s task of heating up the three way catalyst. How does DME (Digital Motor Electronics) know any way? Programmed into the computer is a self test of the air pump. Each time the car is started DME at some point in the drive cycle will turn the air pump on to see if it’s working. How it sees is interesting. Part of the fuel management system are oxygen sensors or on newer cars AF (air/fuel) sensors or broad band oxygen sensors report back to DME. By sensing the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gases these sensors allow DME to make adjustments to the air fuel mixture going into the engine for the most efficient performance under all conditions.

It depends on the condition and wear on the stock clutch. If it is in good condition, yes, it will hold the power, pretty well in fact, although you may experience clutch slip while at full boost in high gears such as 5th and 6th. If you drive vigorously, meaning you run at high boost frequently, then the life of the stocker will be GREATLY shortened. Be surprised if you see an extra 10,000 miles after BPU(TM).

It’s better to have your parts checked always to ensure that you get the best maximum run you’ll ever have while on the road. If something goes wrong, have it noted and be checked by a mechanic or best yet, your Honda mechanic.
